We offer two types of Medical ID Tags:
- Simple tags with just a medical condition for $10.00 each.
- Engraved tags with multi diagnosis or conditions along with phone numbers varies with the lines of text. This includes cargiver bracelet, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis. First line is $11.00, additional lines are $2.00 each.
A Medical ID Bracelet can be a lifesaving device. Medical emergencies can happen at anytime and anywhere. Our Medical ID Tags alert the caregivers to your needs without the use of a 1-800 phone number, computers or scanners. All of your information is right there on your tag for the EMT to take immediate action with your treatment. It is important to engrave the pertinent information that would be helpful to an Emergency Technician in the event that you are unable to communicate for yourself.
